The Word of God is a sealed book, if it does not change a person's view of God's creation. And the opportunities God has given us to preserve, strengthen and develop His Creation. Soon God will get our attention -- and His Word will be unsealed...! Seals: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 144000, 7
"...See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals." (5:5). Prayer (see 5:8) is a very important element in the transition into a new era!! "And they sing a new song... (a song of redemption)." (5:9).
Lamb had 7 horns 5:6. Horn symbolizes strength in Ezekiel 29:21. Horns are mentioned in the vision of ram and goat in Daniel chapter 8. Micah 4:13 horns of iron to break to pieces many nations. Luke 1:69 horn of salvation. In 5:6 the horns and eyes are the spirits of God, "...sent out into all the earth." The emphasis here seems to be on the eyes, see Matthew 6:22, 13:16, Luke 2:30, 4:20, 10:23, 11:34, 18:13, 24:31, John 4:35, chapter 9, 17:1.
"Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing..." (5:13). Every creature? Very puzzling!
