Eagle Calling Out, "Woe! Woe! Woe!" 
(Revelation 8:13)

"...Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth..." (8:13).

"Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness...not paying them for their labor." (Jeremiah 22:13).  "'Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of my pasture!' declares the Lord." (Jeremiah 23:1).

Woe to unrepentant cities - Matthew 11:11.  "Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to sin!  Such things must come, but woe to the man through whom they come!" (Matthew 18:7 and Luke 17:1).  "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!  You shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces.  You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.  (...Therefore you will be punished more severely.)  ...You travel over over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.  Woe to you blind guides!..."
